The program can include mentorship teams, leadership development workshops, career conversation with a professionals, and experiential learning experience. Our innovative approach to career development is designed to help young people identify their values, interest, and strengths to develop their personal career blueprint which is a tool for post-secondary planning . Our programs are designed for on-site learning, virtual or hybrid model, for as short at 6 weeks or a semester. Minimum 10 students.
Your organization can make a contribution to closing the experiential skills gaps in students. Sponsor a cohort of students to solve a workplace challenge while mentoring and sharing your industry. Organizations will have direct access to an untapped talent pool and an opportunity to observe students for potential employment opportunities.
