Move Different workshops equip young adults with the tools they need to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally. Backed by research on nutrition, stress, and student achievement, the series addresses the real-life challenges that impact academic focus, energy, and emotional regulation. The program blends life skills with emotional literacy, helping students reduce anxiety, improve executive function and build sustainable routines that support classroom success. Activities include cooking demos, movement-based wellness, guided journaling and small-group reflection. The program culminates in a capstone reflection where students assess their own growth and create a realistic personal wellness plan.

•  Campus Selection: We assist in selecting colleges and universities that best match your student's interests, academic programs, and desired locations.  

•  Scheduling Appointments: We coordinate with the admissions offices and departments to schedule informative sessions, campus tours, and meetings with faculty members or current students. 

•  Travel Arrangements: We help organize bus transportation. Meal Planning: We arrange for nutritious and diverse meal options taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences, to keep your group energized throughout the tour.  

•  Campus Tours: We arrange comprehensive guided tours of each campus, showcasing key facilities, academic buildings, residence halls (if permitted by the university) recreational areas, and other significant landmarks.

This two part virtual workshop series is designed to empower parents to prepare their teens for life beyond high school. This workshop experience supports parents in
fostering independence, building trust, communication, and equipping parents with strategies to help teens develop self-advocacy and decision-making skills, shifting parents' mindset from prevention to preparation.

This workshop series is ideal for college communities whom have an internship component in their Career Support Services Office. We work with our college partners to design a one-day "bootcamp experience".  This experience equips  participants with essential skills for workplace success. Through a series of interactive sessions, participants will learn to identify and leverage their transferable skills, understand and enhance their communication style, and develop emotional intelligence for professional environments. The series also covers crucial topics like team building and collaboration, strategic stress management, written communication and professional etiquette, and navigating employment with a focus on reasonable accommodations. Each workshop provides practical tools and strategies to help students thrive in their careers and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
